6 Steps to your LEKKER x Rad im Dienst eBike

Step 1: Choose your dream bike and accessories.
- If your employer already cooperates with Rad im Dienst or Rad im Dienst.business, you can select your preferred LEKKER eBike and any leasing-eligible accessories (e.g.pannier bags, second battery, or child trailer) in our online shop and add everything to you rcart.

Step 2: Select “Rad im Dienst” as your payment method.
- Proceed to checkout and simply choose “Rad im Dienst” as your payment method.

Step 3: Log in to the Rad im Dienst online portal.
- LEKKER Bikes will forward your leasing request to Rad im Dienst. You will then receive a registration link via email (sent to the address you used during checkout). In the online portal, all required contract documents will be ready for your approval.

Step 4: Decide how you want to receive your bike.
- Once all documents are approved, your LEKKER Bike will be shipped. You can choose to pick up your bike in our Berlin Brand Store or have it delivered directly to your home.

Step 5: Confirm receipt of your Rad im Dienst bike.

Confirm the handover of your bike directly in the Rad im Dienst online portal.
• If picked up in-store, simply provide your collection code.
• If delivered, check the bike for completeness and defects, then confirm receipt inthe portal. -
Step 6: Hop on your bike and enjoy the freedom.
- Thanks to the included RadFahrSchutz coverage from Rad im Dienst, you remain fully protected throughout the entire leasing period.

Yes! As long as your employer’s leasing policy allows it, you can lease two or more bikes at the same time. For each bike, you can also lease an unlimited amount of eligible

The standard lease term is 36 months. Rad im Dienst also offers 24, 30, or 48 months. After the lease ends, you will typically receive an offer to buy your bike or return it for free.

Any accessory that is permanently attached to the bike (e.g., second battery, phone mount, child trailer) can be leased. Non-eligible accessories must be ordered separately.
All bikes are fully insured. Report any damage or theft in the Rad im Dienst online portal. Police reports are required in case of theft or vandalism.
You are protected with Rad im Dienst. Coverage applies in cases such as resignation, parental leave, illness, and other unforeseen events throughout the lease period.

No, bikes cannot be exchanged during the lease term. After the lease ends, you can select the newest model. Returning your old bike gives you a voucher of up to €500 for your new bike.
