At LEKKER Bikes, we make it easy - your eBike arrives 98% assembled and ready to ride. Built, tested, and securely packed in Europe, just attach the pedals, adjust the handlebar and saddle, and you’re good to go!
Where do we ship to in Europe?
We currently ship to The Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Portugal, Italy and Spain.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping rate for eBikes varies per region. We have divided Europe into the following zones:
Zone 1: €48,00
The Netherlands
Zone 2: €68,00
Germany, Belgium
Zone 3: €98,00
Denmark, France, Luxembourg ,Sweden
Zone 4: €158,00 (no free returns)
Austria, Italy, Portugal, Spain
How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, you can expect your brand new LEKKER Bike to be delivered to your front door as soon as possible. When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number – you can use this to follow your order’s journey to your door or one of our brand stores.
If your bike arrives damaged, please contact our LEKKER Bikes Customer Service immediately to resolve the issue. Otherwise, depending on your location, the return process may differ.
What are the return condition?
You can return your bike within 14 days of delivery if it has been ridden less than 100 km and remains in pretty new condition - free from damage, dirt, or missing parts. A partial refund may apply if the bike shows signs of significant use.
For Zone 1, 2 & 3 (Free Returns):
For the following countries, returns are free, including a prepaid label and arranged pick-up: The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, and Sweden.
For Zone 4 (No Free Returns):
For the countries Austria, Italy, Portugal, and Spain, free returns are not available. You will need to cover the return shipping costs, and no return label will be provided. If case you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service team.
How do I return my bike, and do I need the original box?
To start a return, simply email [email protected], and we’ll send you a shipping label while arranging pick-up with our logistics partner.
Keeping the original box simplifies the return process. If you don’t have it, we can provide a replacement box (including shipping) for the following costs:
€48 for NL
€68 for DE & BE
€98 for DK, FR, LU & SE
€158 for AU, IT, PT & ES
How long until my refund is processed?
Refunds are authorised once our mechanic inspects the returned bike, which can take up to 14 business days after the bike arrives at our store. It may takes 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card provider.
