6 steps to your LEKKER x JOOLL eBike

Step 1: Choose your LEKKER eBike

Pick your favourite LEKKER model on our website — every LEKKER bike is eligible for JOOLL leasing. Note: Discounts and promo codes don’t apply to JOOLL orders. In Germany, almost all bike-related accessories can be added — except clothing and helmets.

Step 2: Select JOOLL at checkout

Go to checkout and select JOOLL as your payment option and complete your order.

Step 3: JOOLL takes care of the setup

JOOLL will contact you and, if needed, your employer. If your employer is not yet a JOOLL partner, JOOLL manages the full onboarding process directly with them.

Step 4: Sign & confirm

Once everything is approved, all parties sign digitally, and your LEKKER order is automatically processed.

Step 5: Receive your LEKKER eBike

Your LEKKER is delivered straight to your door or ready for pickup in-store or at one of our partner locations. Service, maintenance, and full insurance are all included.

Step 6: Ride carefree and decide later

Enjoy your LEKKER eBike with full coverage and zero hassle. When your lease ends, you can buy, swap, or return your bike.

Frequently Asked Questions

As soon as your JOOLL order is approved, our stated shipping times apply. If your employer is already registered with JOOLL, approval is usually completed within 1–24 hours. If your employer is new to JOOLL, the approval process may take longer. JOOLL will need to contact your employer, share the information about the leasing setup, and complete a short credit check before the order can be confirmed. JOOLL keeps you updated throughout the process - and as soon as everything is approved, your LEKKER eBike will be prepared for shipment.

Yes – only accessories that are eligible for leasing can be included, which in Denmark specifically means items that can be returned at the end of the lease. In Germany, almost all bike-related accessories can be added – except clothing and helmets. Please find all leaseable accessories here.

After you place your order, JOOLL will first contact you. With your permission, JOOLL will then reach out to your employer if they are not yet a JOOLL partner. JOOLL handles the entire onboarding process directly with your employer - including all required information and the credit check.

If you prefer, you can also share JOOLL’s information with your employer yourself. JOOLL is happy to provide you with all necessary materials to make this as easy as possible.

If your employment ends, there are several options available. In many cases, the simplest solution is to end the lease early.

With proof of termination or long-term sickness, the JOOLL bike can be returned, and the lease can be cancelled for a one-time fee equal to 6 monthly lease payments, calculated from the moment the bike is returned.

Your exact options may depend on your employer’s internal policies, so we recommend discussing the situation with them as well.
