4 steps to your LEKKER x FiscFree®

Step 1: Placing your eBike order
- Select your dream LEKKER eBike and complete your purchase using FiscFree as your payment method in the checkout. Your order confirmation email will include key details about your order and next steps.

Step 2: Request your FiscFree Fietskaart after purchasing
- Reach out to your employer to request your FiscFree Fietskaart. This essential card is required to complete and process your order seamlessly.

Step 3: Share your Fietskaart
- Send your FiscFree Fietskaart to LEKKER as soon as possible. This can typically be done via email or another submission method provided by our customer service.

Step 4: Shipment and Receipt of your LEKKER Bike
- Once we receive the Fietskaart, our team will begin preparing your eBike for delivery (stated shipping times apply) or for pickup at one of our Brand / Partner Stores.

Important Note
- If LEKKER does not receive your Fietskaart within two weeks, your order will be automatically canceled. Ensure timely submission to avoid delays or cancellation.

FiscFree® is a platform that enables businesses and their employees to set up a tax-advantage scheme for purchasing electric bikes. Employees can choose a bike via their employer and have the costs reimbursed through their gross salary, offering tax savings.
Simply choose FiscFree® as your payment method in the Checkout, share your Fietskaart with our customer service and we'll finalize your order. Alternatively, you can order a LEKKER directly through your FiscFree® portal.
Yes, discounts and promo codes are applicable to purchases from our latest LEKKER Bikes (Gen3) collection when ordering through FiscFree®. Also, our outlet models (Gen2) are available for leasing.
As soon as your FiscFree® order is finalized and approved, our stated shipping times apply.
Some leasing partners linked with FiscFree® may have their own return policies. For instance, certain partners offer return options within their leasing agreements. However, these policies can differ between partners, so employees should review the details of their specific leasing package to understand what is included.
FiscFree® does not automatically provide insurance when purchasing an eBike. Employees are free to arrange insurance independently if they choose. You can easily add the insurance we offer for your eBike by selecting it directly through us. Please always double check with your employer what applies in your situation.
