6 steps to your LEKKER x Lease a Bike

Step 1: Register in the Lease a Bike Portal

Register in the Lease a Bike Portal. Open the link provided by your employer. After successful registration, you will receive your individual order code from Lease a Bike via email. Do you own a business or are self-employed and want to sign up for Lease a Bike? You can do so easily here!

Step 2: Choose your dream bike on the LEKKER Bikes website

Create a customer account on our LEKKER Bikes website using the same email address you used for the Lease a Bike Portal. Select your eBike model and eligible accessories, and add everything to your cart. Please note that discounts and promo codes do not apply to orders of our latest LEKKER Bikes (Gen3) collection through Lease a Bike. Our outlet models (Gen2) can also be leased. An additional 10% fee is applied to the reduced outlet price.

These accessories cannot be leased and would need to be ordered separately if desired: helmets, bike bags, bike baskets, and additional chargers.

Step 3: Choose Lease a Bike as the payment option at checkout

Go to checkout and select "Lease a Bike" as the payment option. Complete your order. We'll take care of the rest for you!

Step 4: Send your Lease a Bike order code and order number via email

Send an email to [email protected] with your personal Lease a Bike order code, your LEKKER Bikes order number, and the desired all-round protection package (information about the all-round protection packages can be found in our FAQ section).

Step 5: Accept the contract in the Lease a Bike Portal

We will create your contract in the Lease a Bike Portal. You will receive a notification via email to confirm the transfer agreement.If necessary, your employer will also need to approve the contract afterwards.

Step 6: Shipping and receipt of your LEKKER Bike

Shipping: Once your Lease a Bike contract has been accepted, your LEKKER Bike will be shipped. The current shipping times are listed on our website. Your bike will be delivered to your home or to our Brand Store in Berlin. If you want your order delivered to our Brand Store in Berlin, please contact our customer service at [email protected] in advance so we can arrange this.

Receipt: Once you have received your new LEKKER Bike, please email us your Lease a Bike pick-up PIN, as well as your frame, battery, and lock numbers. Then you can start your first ride with your LEKKER Bike!
