Berlin Brand Store

The time has come. Our very first Brand Store in Germany is officially open. Find us in Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg, at Kollwitzstraße 47. Feel free to swing by for a test ride (book below), to check out our bikes, or simply for a chat with one of our lovely eBike experts. We can’t wait to show you around.

Do you have a question?

You can check availability and delivery time on the product page of each model. If you have a question about a specific model or order, please reach out to us via email at info.eu@lekkerbikes.com.

We offer a 14 day / 100 km return-free policy. No questions asked! You have a good two weeks or 100 km, whichever comes first, to try your bicycle. If you are not satisfied, simply send us an email at info.eu@lekkerbikes.com. Please make sure to keep the original packing, as this will simplify the return shipment massively, and saves some double packaging. No costs will be charged if you decide to return the bike in a good condition within the 14 day / 100 km return-free period. A partial refund may apply if the product is not returned in unused condition. A shipping label will be sent by our customer care team and the pick-up will be organised directly with our logistic partner. If a new box is needed, we will charge € 48,00 for a new one, including shipment. Read more.
